To join your partner’s or roommate’s home, ask them to go to "my home" in their app settings and send you an invite. Once you receive the invite, accept it and create an account to join their home.

If you already signed up separately and now have two separate homes, you'll need to decide which home to keep using. Then, the person switching homes should delete their account in the old home before accepting the invite, as the same email cannot be linked to multiple homes.
