Connect your Google Workspace account

Coffee syncs with your Google Workspace account to:
​

1) Automatically create contacts and company records from your emails and external meeting attendees
​
2) Attach meeting information to the corresponding company and person records in Coffee.

3) Attach email messages and attachments to the corresponding company and person records in Coffee.

Connecting while onboarding

  • Select the Google account you want to connect to Coffee.

  • Select Allow.

Connect and sync status and settings.

  • You can connect and sync anytime by going to your profile in the upper right hand corner and selecting Settings.

  • If you haven't already connecting Google Workspace in onboarding, you can click on Connect and follow the steps to connect your Google workspace. A green check mark will appear once you are successfully connected.

  • You can select Sync in the pulldown to force a sync (shouldn't be necessary most time), or Disconnect to stop syncing altogether.
