When will my order be processed and shipped?

Co. Dublin - Update 19/04/24

All orders to addresses in Co. Dublin placed before 1200, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), will now be delivered the same day using Xpect Express. Orders placed after 1200 will be delivered the following business day.

Please note that Xpect Express delivery times can vary. You will receive a tracking details via email and SMS (via the mobile number provided) once your order has been scanned onto the Xpect Express network where you can follow its progress and check for updates.


All-Ireland (incl N. Ireland)

Orders to 'all-Ireland' addresses (outside of Co. Dublin) received before 1000, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), will be dispatched on the same day. We use DPD's Next Business Day Service but note that delivery times can vary depending on local depots. You will receive a tracking number once your order has entered the DPD network where you can follow its progress and check for updates.


UK

Orders to mainland UK received before 1000, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), will be dispatched on the same day. We use DPD's Two Business Day Service; but please note that delivery times can vary depending on local depots and challenges posed by Brexit. You will receive a tracking number once your order has entered the DPD network where you can follow its progress and check for updates.


International

Orders to international addresses are dispatched using either DPD International or FedEx International Economy. If received before 1000 GMT, your order will be packed and processed on the same business day. Courier collection may take up 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number once your order has entered the DPD or FedEx network where you can follow its progress and check for updates.
