Here you'll find everything you need to know about delivery times, tracking your order, and shipping options for different locations. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Co. Dublin Deliveries

We offer same-day delivery on all orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders received after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Our trusted partner, Xpect Express, will deliver your order right to your door.

All-Ireland Deliveries

Place your order before 10:00 AM (Monday–Friday), and we’ll dispatch it the same day for next business day delivery with DPD. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

UK Deliveries

Orders to the UK placed before 10:00 AM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day with DPD. Delivery typically takes two business days. Please note that due to Brexit, there may be occasional delays.

Good news: Coffee is zero-rated for both VAT and duty, so you won’t be charged these fees on coffee orders.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide with DPD and FedEx. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. If you have questions about international shipping, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does free delivery on orders over €35 apply to international deliveries?
No, our free delivery offer applies only to all-Ireland addresses. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
Our couriers will usually leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible, they’ll leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collection.

How are perishable items like coffee beans handled?
We take special care packaging your coffee to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please note that perishable food items (like coffee) are non-refundable.
