Pricing

Cognibuild uses a subscription-based pricing model designed for both individual professionals and teams working in the built environment.

The platform offers a free tier for users who want to explore how Cognibuild works before committing to a paid plan. Paid plans provide higher usage capacity for generating deliverables and running tasks.

Free Tier

Cognibuild offers a free tier that allows users to explore the platform and understand how it can support their workflow.

This tier allows users to experience how supporting documentation can be used to generate project deliverables and explore the structure of the platform.

The free tier is designed to help users determine whether Cognibuild is valuable for their documentation workflow before upgrading to a paid plan.

Free tiers will not be able to export documents. All paid plans users will be able to download and export documents.

Solo Plans

Solo plans are designed for individual professionals who want to generate project documentation using Cognibuild.

Available Solo tiers include:

£29 per month
£49 per month
£79 per month

Each tier provides increasing levels of usage capacity, allowing users to run more tasks and generate more documentation as their needs grow.

Team Plans

Team plans are designed for organisations and project teams that want to use Cognibuild across multiple users or projects.

Available Team tiers include:

£99 per month
£199 per month
£299 per month

These plans provide higher usage capacity and are suited for teams producing larger volumes of project documentation.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are available for organisations with larger or more complex requirements.

Enterprise pricing is customised based on factors such as usage levels, number of users, and organisational needs.

Organisations interested in Enterprise access can contact the Cognibuild team to discuss their requirements.

Usage and Credits

Each subscription includes a monthly allowance that consumes credits via activity within the platform.

Credits are primarily used when running tasks that generate sections of documentation. Rerunning tasks or adding additional tasks may also contribute to usage.

Chatting with documents uses significantly less processing in comparison and typically represents a much smaller portion of overall usage.
