Downloading a deliverable allows users to share, submit, or further edit the documentation outside the platform.
This makes it easy to move completed documentation into existing project workflows.
When to Download a Deliverable
Users typically download deliverables once they have:
completed the relevant tasks
reviewed the generated content
made any necessary edits or refinements
approved the deliverable within the project stage workflow
At this point the document represents the completed output for that stage of the project.
Exporting Documentation
Deliverables can be downloaded directly from the deliverable interface.
This allows users to export the full document that has been built through the task workflow.
The exported document contains the sections generated through the selected tasks and any refinements made during the iteration process.
Using Deliverables Outside Cognibuild
Once downloaded, the documentation can be used within the broader project workflow.
Users may choose to:
share the document with project stakeholders
include it in submissions or reports
continue editing the document in external tools if required
store the deliverable on other platforms
Cognibuild focuses on helping users structure and generate the documentation, while allowing flexibility for how it is used afterwards.
