While tasks generate structured sections of documentation, users remain fully in control of the document and can manually refine, expand, or adjust the content as needed.
This allows users to combine AI-generated outputs with their own expertise and project knowledge.
Entering Edit Mode
Deliverables open in view mode by default.
To make changes to the document, users can click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the deliverable interface.
This switches the document into edit mode, allowing the content to be modified directly.
Editing Document Content
Once in edit mode, users can update the document using the built-in editor.
Users may choose to:
refine AI-generated sections
correct wording or formatting
add additional project details
adjust headings and structure
Changes can then be saved once editing is complete.
Editing and AI Tasks
Manual edits do not prevent tasks from being used.
Users can still run or rerun tasks after editing sections of the document.
This allows generated outputs and manual refinements to work together during the documentation process.
Chatting With the Document
The document chat panel allows users to ask questions about the deliverable, request suggestions and make direct edits via prompts.
The chat has the capability to make direct edits to your deliverable and update this in real time.
