How does Cognibuild work?

Description: Assign documents to a Key Deliverable, select the work, run it, then review and download the output.

Cognibuild takes you from raw project documents to structured deliverables through a clear, repeatable process. Rather than starting from a blank page, it works from the documents you provide to produce structured content you then review and refine.

The workflow

Inside a project, you work with Key Deliverables, the bodies of professional work a project needs. To produce one, you go through a guided setup:

1. Assign your documents Choose the supporting documents that relate to the deliverable, such as reports, briefs, specifications, drawings, notes, and other project material. These are the evidence Cognibuild works from.

2. Select the work you want Within the Key Deliverable, choose the specific pieces of work you want to produce. Your selection is the request, so Cognibuild produces what you choose and nothing beyond it, and the output reflects what your project actually needs.

3. Review your choices and run Confirm what you have selected, then run it. Cognibuild analyses your assigned documents and produces structured output based on them.

4. Review and refine the output The output is presented in a document view with a chat alongside it, where you can read the deliverable, ask questions of it, and make edits, refining it until it is right. You can run again at any point, and download the finished document to use however you need.

Why this works

Because Cognibuild works only from the documents you provide and produces only the work you select, the output stays grounded in your project rather than drifting into generic content. You move from raw information to structured deliverables more efficiently, while staying fully in control of the final result.
