Cognibuild produces Key Deliverables, the bodies of professional work a construction project needs as it develops. Rather than generating generic text, Cognibuild works from the supporting documents you provide and produces structured, project-specific content grounded in them.
Supporting documents vs. Key Deliverables
There are two sides to how Cognibuild works, and it helps to be clear on the difference:
Supporting documents are what you upload: your reports, briefs, specifications, site information, drawings, notes, and any other project material. These are the evidence base Cognibuild draws on. They are inputs, not outputs.
Key Deliverables are what Cognibuild produces from them. A Key Deliverable is a recognised body of project work, such as a Project Brief, a Feasibility Study, or a Planning Strategy, generated as structured content grounded in your supporting documents.
So a technical report you already hold is a supporting document you upload; the Key Deliverable is the structured work Cognibuild produces using it as part of the evidence.

Each Key Deliverable is built around what your project needs
A Key Deliverable is not a fixed template that comes out the same way every time. Within each one, you choose the specific pieces of work you want to produce, so the output reflects what your project actually requires rather than a one-size-fits-all document.
This means two teams producing the same Key Deliverable can generate very different outputs, depending on what they select. It is also why the output stays grounded: Cognibuild produces the work you have asked for, drawn from the documents you have provided, and nothing beyond it.
Aligned with how projects are organised
Cognibuild's Key Deliverables follow the RIBA framework, the RIBA stages that govern how building projects are organised in the UK. They reflect how documentation is produced across these stages, so the outputs feel familiar and logically structured to professionals in the built environment.
You remain fully in control of the final documentation and can review, edit, and refine outputs before downloading them as Word documents to use however you need.
