Cognibuild produces structured work that supports you in producing a project's documentation. Understanding what that output is, and what it is not, is important for using it well.
The output supports you; it is not the final document
Cognibuild produces the structured, analytical work behind a deliverable. It is not the final legal instrument, certificate, or contract; those are issued by a person. The output gives you the substance to work from; the professional reviews it, completes it, and carries responsibility for the formal document that results.
It is grounded in your own documents
Cognibuild works only from the supporting documents you provide. Where your documents are detailed, the output goes into depth; where they are thin, the output is shorter and says so. Nothing is invented. Figures, dates, and costs appear only if they are present in your documents, and where information is missing, that gap is stated plainly rather than filled in.
You review and refine it
When an output is produced, it is presented in a document view with a chat alongside it, where you can read the deliverable, ask questions of it, and make edits, refining it until it is right. You can run again at any point. This keeps you in control: the output is something you actively work and confirm, not something you accept as finished.
In short
The output is dependable in what it is designed to be: structured work grounded in your documents, with gaps stated honestly. It is designed to support a professional, not replace one. You remain responsible for reviewing, refining, and completing the final deliverable.
