How does Cognibuild support collaboration across teams?

Description: Shared workspace, version history, team access, and admin and billing controls.

Cognibuild provides a shared workspace where multiple team members work within the same environment. This lets teams collaborate on project documentation while keeping all materials organised in one place.

A shared workspace

Within a team workspace, users can view projects, stage cards, and the associated documentation across the platform. This makes it easier for teams to work together on deliverables and keep visibility of project documentation as it develops.

Consistency across the team

By working in the same environment and producing deliverables through the same structured process, teams keep greater consistency in how documentation is produced. This reduces the common situation where different team members create documents in different styles or formats.

Version history and audit tracking

Cognibuild keeps track of document versions and audit history, so users can see what changes have been made over time and understand how documentation has developed through the project.

Team access and administration

Team plans allow multiple users to work within the same workspace. Access is shared across the team rather than split into different permission levels. Everyone in the workspace works at the same level. A master admin view oversees the account, and administrators can invite team members and manage the billing associated with the account.

Using your finished documentation

Once a deliverable is finished, you download it as a Word document and use it however you need: in your own systems, file structure, or wherever your team's documentation lives.
