Once you have produced and reviewed a deliverable, you can download it from Cognibuild to use outside the platform.
Downloading your document
A deliverable downloads as a Word document, directly from the deliverable view. The downloaded file contains the content built through your tasks, along with any edits and refinements you have made.
When to download
Most people download a deliverable once they have run the tasks they need, reviewed the output, made any edits, and are happy with the result, at which point it represents the completed work for that part of the project.
Using it however you need
Once downloaded, the document is yours to use however your work requires. You might share it with colleagues or stakeholders, include it in a wider report or submission, continue editing it in your own tools, or store it wherever your project documentation lives. Cognibuild helps you produce and structure the document; what you do with it afterwards is entirely up to you.
