An area of work is where you produce one area of project information: the Project Brief, the Cost Plan, Project Risks, the Planning Application, and so on. There are 26, added to your stage cards from the Areas of Work Library, and industry knowledge is built into every one.
Opening an area of work gives you its workspace:
The document you are building, in a document view.
The chat, an AI assistant alongside the document. This is how you work: ask, analyse, generate, and shape the document.
Tasks, ready-made pieces of work for that area, which you can select and run.
Manage Documents, where you upload the project material the AI works from.
Versions, the document's history as it changes and saves.
When you are happy with the document, approve it and download it as a Word file. What you produce is a draft: it is yours to refine, complete, and take where it needs to go.
