Updated over a week ago

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

Upon logging in to CogniSense, you'll arrive at your personal dashboard. Here, find the "Assess" tile to access your assessment.

Step 2: Initiate the Assessment

The system will guide you through a series of questions to better understand your role, work environment, and relevant competencies.

Complete your demographic information.

Select assessment regions.

Select work environments.

Select your desired competencies.

Complete self-assessment.

Watch the quick video and read the instructions.

  • If its your very first assessment, the Accept & Start button is disabled (Greyed out) until you have watched the video, please wait as the button will be enabled automatically.

  • Reassessments will allow you to skip the video and the Accept & Start button is automatically enabled.

Note: Ensure that you have allowed cookies to proceed. The video and Accept & Start button relies on "allowed" cookies to behave properly. Click on "Allow all" to proceed to the assessment.

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

Complete the Identity Verification process.

Step 4: Conduct the Assessment

Answer each question in the assessment honestly and to the best of your ability. The assessments are 'open book,' allowing you to reference any material you need during the assessment process.

If necessary, you can pause the assessment at any time and resume it later. Once started, you'll have three months to complete the assessment before it expires.

Step 5: Completion

Upon completing the assessment, you will be able to view your results by clicking on 'Individual Results' on your Dashboard.

Note: The assessment activities are structured to gather pertinent data that will guide the system in evaluating participants at an individual level. After the assessment is finalized, the system will accumulate and consolidate the results from all participants, providing an overview at the organizational level.

The system does not require administrators to establish work environments and competencies at an organizational level. Instead, it amalgamates the results from all participants to provide a comprehensive view of the organization’s results.
