Tip: The setup of HTML signatures in the mail client of iOS is basically possible, but unfortunately quite cumbersome and very dependent on the layout of the respective signature.
For all who value HTML signatures on Mobile and want a simple solution, we recommend: Use one of the many free mail apps such as myMail. Use and integration are often much more comfortable here.

Step 1 / 4
Integrate your Cognism Signatures signature into your email program on your computer (see options here) and send yourself an email that contains the email signature you want to use on your Apple device.
Attention: Please really only copy the signature from the direct e-mail and not from a forwarded one.
Step 2 / 4
Open the email on your Apple device and copy the complete signature by selecting and copying the entire area.
β
Step 3 / 4
Now open the signature settings for your e-mails (Settings -> Mail -> Signature) and paste the copied signature into the field of the corresponding e-mail account.
Step 4 / 4
The inserted signature is still displayed incorrectly. Shake the device (this is not a joke!) until the following dialog box appears. Select "Undo" to delete the incorrect formatting. After the revocation, the signature is displayed correctly. Save the settings.
Attention: If the dialog window does not appear after shaking, the function for this is probably deactivated. You can activate the function as follows: Settings -> Operating aids -> Shake to undo.
DONE!
If you now write an e-mail with the account for which you have added a signature, it will be displayed below your e-mail.
