Individual employees should be given individual standard signatures (e.g. for replies or new messages)? No problem!
When defining a default signature for yourself or for a colleague, this means that once you have integrated your mail client to Cognism Signatures anytime you compose a new message or reply/forward an email the signature you chose to be your default will automatically popup.
1) In your Cognism Signatures account, click on "Company" then "Employee" and select the desired employee.
2) Under "Default Signatures of the employee, you will be able to then define the default signature for "New Messages" and "Replies/Forwards" for the employee.
Note: Cognism Signatures does not remove standard signatures from mail clients, i.e. in Outlook, the change must be manually implemented again by the respective employee.
