How to provide your Colleagues with their Signatures

Learn how you can provide your colleagues with the signatures you assign to them.

Before providing your colleagues with their signatures, check to make sure that you have checked these tasks off first:

  • Your colleague is assigned to a group

  • The signature (and campaign banner if want them to use a specific campaign banner) that you want your colleague to use is assigned to the same group that they are assigned to

  • The signature you want them to use is rolled out.

Now you are ready to provide your colleagues with their signatures.

1) Click on the left-hand side "Company -> All Employees

2) Next search for the colleague that you would like to provide a signature to. Then on the right hand side of the colleague's name, click on the gear button->click "Send invitations/instructions again."

The below email has been seen out to your colleague’s email address listed in their details.

Once your colleague receives the email they can click on the “” to access the integration link where they will be able to read through the instructions and choose which mail client they would like to use to install their signature. (You may need to let them know which option to choose as there are a few different options for them to choose through)

Once they choose the mail client they would like to install their signature to, the instructions for that specific process will appear for them to follow.
