There are a couple of different ways you can get to the Integration Link in order to Install your Signature:
Cognism Signatures Admin:
1) Click directly on the Integration Link within your Employee Details Page:
-Go to "Company"--> "All Employees"--> click on your name--> click on the integration link
2) Get to Integration Link through the Signature Page:
-Go to "Signature"-->click on the gear button of the signature you want to install--> click "Install Signature"
Click on "For Me" in the popup to install the signature for yourself (if you want your colleagues to install the signature for themselves, follow the How to Install your Colleague's Signature article)
Next, make sure to read the steps to make sure you have completed each of them in order to use the signature you would like to install (i.e assigned the signature to a group you are assigned to). Then click on "Open Integration Guide" to open the integration link in order to install your signature.
*Tip: Make sure your signature is rolled out in order to use it in your mail client.
3) Received the Integration Link through Email from the Cognism Signatures Admin:
-If you received an email from your Cognism Signatures Admin to install your signature, click on the "Set up signatures" button in order to access the integration link.
Now that you have made it to the integration link, please follow the steps within the link. On the third step you will be able to choose your Mail Client and how you would like to install your signature:
Now to the steps of how to install your HTML signature to your mail client or other applications manually.
Step 1
Follow the process until you reach the "Instructions" area. Scroll down until you reach "Integration Guide" and select "Web-Tools" from the drop-down menu.
Then click on "Show manual" on the Signature that you would like to use.
Step 2
Copy the Cognism Signatures signature or campaign banner to the clipboard by clicking the blue button. Then you can integrate it into the HTML signature area of the target application.
