We’re excited to announce a standardised way to improve the sign-in experience for Cogniss users. Previously, users had to sign in using their usernames. Now, users can sign in using their email addresses. This enhancement aims to minimize confusion and simplify the sign-in process, especially for those who may forget their usernames.
For most users, this change will make it easier to access their accounts. However, if the user's email address is linked to multiple active accounts, they will need to use your username for signing in.
