Overview
The My Task List dashboard widget displays activities that have been recommended to app users. This can be achieved through the use of behaviors where activities can be assigned to users in the My Task List widget based on different triggers. Once completed, activities will disappear from My Task List. You can also select one activity to pin in the My Task List widget and this activity remains no matter how many times the user completes the activity.
π This widget is available for both mobile and web applications.
Step 1: Add the My Task List widget to your Dashboard
1. In Cogniss Creator, navigate to Dashboard in the left sidebar.
2. Click on Add new widget in the top right of the page.
3. In the Dashboard widgets library, search for the My Task List widget and click Add. Return to the Dashboard by clicking on the cross in the top right.
4. The My Task List widget will now be on your Dashboard and ready for you to configure as needed.
5. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Configure the My Task List widget
1. In Header text you can enter a custom title to display in your app e.g., Onboarding Tasks, Recommended Activities, My To-do List etc
2. If there is an activity that you would like to remain in My Task List even if a user has completed it, you can enable Pin activity and select an activity from the dropdown menu.
3. Once you have updated the widget, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
4. Open your app to preview the My Task List widget and to test that it works as expected.
