Troubleshooting "No Coins Found" During Crypto Deposits

If you are trying to deposit cryptocurrency and cannot find your specific coin in the search list, it usually comes down to one of two reasons: Wallet Support or Listing Status.

Updated over 2 months ago

1. No Coins Found (Under "Deposit Crypto")

Coinstash often gives our users "early access" to emerging, low-cap coins before they hit major global exchanges.

Sometimes, we list these coins for trading (buying and selling) before our automated wallet infrastructure is fully ready to handle deposits and withdrawals.

  • The Symptom: You search for the coin in the "Deposit" section, and it shows "No coins found..."

  • How to Check: Visit the specific Coin Page for that asset. It will clearly state if "Deposits and withdrawals are not currently available for this coin."

  • The Solution: Our product team expands wallet support weekly. If it's not available now, it is likely in the pipeline!

2. No Matching Coins (Under "All Crypto")

If you search under the "All Crypto" tab and see "No matching coins found," it means the asset is not yet listed on the Coinstash platform.

  • We Want Your Feedback: We are always looking to expand our 1,000+ asset library. If there is a project you are passionate about, we want to know.

  • How to Request: You can submit a New Coin Request via our helpdesk. Our listing team evaluates projects based on community interest, security, and liquidity.

🛡️ Deposit Reminder: Tier 1 Verification

To deposit any cryptocurrency—even if it is available in the list—your account must be at least Tier 1 verified.

  • Quick Tip: If you've just signed up, ensure you've completed your basic ID check. Once verified, you'll be able to generate deposit addresses for all supported assets.

💡 Still Can't Find It?

If you believe a coin should be there or you've deposited to Coinstash previously and it’s now missing, please reach out to our Brisbane-based support team. We can check the status of specific wallet maintenance or network upgrades for you.
