Understanding STASH Points & Coinstash Rewards

How to Earn STASH Points

There are three primary ways to build your STASH balance:

When you trade, you can choose to receive STASH Back instead of standard fee discounts.

Calculation: You earn a set amount of points based on your trading volume (e.g., 10 STASH for every $50 traded).
Membership Boost: Your Membership level (Bronze to Platinum) determines your STASH Back rate.
Setup: Manage this in Settings > Memberships > Reward Preference. Ensure "STASH Back" is selected; if "Fee Discounts" are active, you won't earn points on trades.

Simply keeping eligible digital assets in your Coinstash account earns you points every week.

Weekly Payouts: Points are calculated daily and credited every Tuesday at 10:15 am AEST.
Eligible Assets: Not all coins qualify. You can check the current list of eligible assets and their reward rates in the Rewards tab.
No Lockups: Unlike traditional staking, there are no lockup periods. You are free to trade or withdraw your assets at any time.

Boost your balance by engaging with the Coinstash Rewards ecosystem (primarily via the Mobile App):

Quests: Complete specific tasks or "missions" to earn bonus points.
Games: Use points to play the Wheel of Crypto, open Mystery Boxes, or enter Seasonal Prize Draws.

Once you’ve accumulated enough STASH, head to the Rewards tab in the Mobile App to spend them:

Crypto Conversion: Convert STASH directly into selected cryptocurrencies.
Marketplace: Claim limited-edition Coinstash Merchandise.
Promotions: Purchase entries into high-value lucky draws (like our $2,000 Weekly Bitcoin Draw).

STASH Points have a 6-month expiry if there is no account activity.

To prevent expiry: You must perform an eligible earning or redemption activity at least once every 6 months.
Eligible activities: Trading (with STASH Back enabled) or participating in a promotion/quest.
Note: Simply earning points through "Loyalty Holding Rewards" does not count as an active earning activity to reset the 6-month timer.
