Coinstash provides downloadable reports from your Account Settings — useful for tax time, financial year reporting, or sharing with your accountant or SMSF administrator.
Available Reports
Transaction History — A full record of all your trades, deposits, and withdrawals in CSV format. Ideal for tax returns and accountant uploads.
Account Holdings Statement — A snapshot of your current crypto and cash holdings.
Cash Statement — A record of your AUD deposits, withdrawals, and balances.
CSV Export — Provides detailed trade-level data for tax reporting and analysis.
End of Financial Year (EOFY) Report — Summarizes your account activity for the financial year.
How to Download Your Reports
Log in to coinstash.com.au on desktop.
Navigate to the Settings section.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Reports section.
Select the desired report type (e.g., EOFY Report, Transaction History Report, or Cash Statement Report) and download it.
Give Your Accountant Direct Access
If your accountant or SMSF administrator needs ongoing access to your reports, you can invite them through Adviser Access — no need to manually download and email files each time.
In Account Settings, click Adviser Access in the left-hand menu.
Click Invite Adviser and enter their email address.
Your adviser will receive an invitation to access your reports directly.
If you need help downloading your reports or inviting an adviser, reach out to our support team and we will be happy to assist. If you encounter issues while accessing reports or exporting transaction data, ensure you are using a desktop browser, double-check the Settings section for the Reports option, or proceed to export your transaction history as a CSV file if the Reports section is not visible.
