CoinZoom accounts require a unique email address for security reasons. If you lose access to your email, it can prevent you from completing certain actions in your account. This guide explains how to try recovering your email and what to do if recovery isn’t possible.
Step 1: Try to Recover Your Email
You may be able to regain access using verification codes sent to your mobile device or a backup email you set up with your email provider.
Use these recovery links for common providers:
If your email address was issued by your organization, contact your workspace administrator for assistance.
Step 2: If You Still Can’t Access Your Email
If email recovery isn’t possible, CoinZoom can help you update the email linked to your account. The process depends on whether you can still sign in to CoinZoom.
If You Have Access to Your CoinZoom Account
Open a new CoinZoom account with a different email address.
Use ZoomMe to transfer any available funds from your old account to the new one.
If You Do Not Have Access to Your CoinZoom Account
This request requires assistance from our support team and will be handled by creating a support ticket. Include:
Your registered CoinZoom email address.
Confirmation that you’ve lost access to it.
Any recovery steps you’ve already tried.
A CoinZoom agent will reply with a link to schedule a Zoom meeting.
Book a time that works for you from the available slots.
Before the call, have a valid photo ID ready (Passport or Driver’s License).
During the Zoom call, we’ll verify your identity and help you reset your password and two-factor authentication (2FA) if needed.
Once you regain account access, open a new CoinZoom account with a different email and use ZoomMe to transfer your funds.
