Why isn’t an invoice showing?

Check if it’s older than 12 months. Invoices older than 12 months won’t be imported into Collect.

Why can’t I send an SMS reminder to my customers?

Ensure the contact has a mobile number in your accounting software. SMS won’t send without a mobile number.

Why is the due date that is displayed in Collect wrong?

Check for time zone or organisational settings mismatches between your accounting software and Collect. Align these settings.

How often does my acccounting software data sync with Collect?

  • Data syncs every day before your reminder sending time (configurable in Settings).

  • You can also trigger a sync at any time by clicking Import status in the menu.
