This article explains the fees that apply when using Payments in Collect.

  • CreditorWatch member: The business using Collect to issue invoices.

  • Debtor: The client paying the invoice.

  • Transaction: The total of all invoices the debtor pays in one payment.

Percentages are calculated on the total transaction amount.

For example:

  • If the debtor pays one invoice worth $100, the fee is $1.70.

  • If the debtor pays five invoices totalling $1,000, the fee is $17.00.
