Switching to Collegiate Mobile It’s easy! All you need to do is get your account number and pin from the carrier you're leaving!

General Steps

Get your Account Number:

This is a unique number that identifies your account. You can usually find it on your bill, in your online account, through the carrier's mobile app, or by contacting your carrier.

Obtain your PIN or Porting PIN:

Most carriers use a 4-digit PIN to confirm your identity during the porting process. Most carriers allow you to request through their app, website, or support team. If you're leaving a prepaid service, your PIN is generally the PIN you set up when you opened the line.

Important: Make sure the number you’re transferring is a US-based number to avoid issues.
