I have a Physical SIM, how can start an account or activate it?

Scenario 1: I received a physical SIM, but I don’t have an account yet

Step 1: Sign Up on the Website

Visit your school's Collegiate Mobile website.

Step 2: Choose a Plan

You can either:

  • Select a plan under the plan section for students, fans, or faculty.

  • On the desktop version, click the human icon to go to the portal sign in page.

  • On the mobile version, tap the hamburger icon in the upper right corner, select Sign In, and choose whether you are a Student, Fan, or Faculty. You’ll then be redirected to your portal where you can create your account.

Step 3: Plan Selection and SIM Option

You'll be asked to choose a plan, where inclusions are displayed. Then, select your SIM option(Already have a SIM):

Step 4: Account Creation

You'll be asked to provide your account information to create your Collegiate Mobile account.

Step 5: Checkout and Payment

  • Proceed and complete the payment process.

Once the payment is successful, the activation process will begin.

Step 6: Activate and Install Your SIM Card

  1. Your dashboard will prompt you to activate your line. Click 'Start activation'.

  2. Confirm your service address. Please note that this must be a valid U.S. address.

  3. Choose whether to transfer/port-in your number or get a new number.

  4. Confirm whether your device is unlocked. Choose 'Physical SIM' as your SIM type, then click 'I have my Collegiate Mobile SIM'.

  5. Enter your SIM’s ICCID number, found on the lower-left corner of your SIM card.

  6. Click 'Submit' to complete your activation.

  7. Eject your phone’s SIM tray, insert your Collegiate Mobile SIM with the gold contacts facing down, then reinsert the tray. Restart your phone to connect to the Husky Mobile network, and your service should be up and running shortly!

Scenario 2: I already have an account and just received a physical SIM to activate

Activate and Install Your SIM Card

  1. Login to your portal.

  2. Your dashboard will prompt you to activate your line. Click 'Start activation'.

  3. Confirm your service address. Please note that this must be a valid U.S. address.

  4. Choose whether to transfer/port-in your number or get a new number.

  5. Confirm whether your device is under a contract. Choose 'Physical SIM' as your SIM type, then click 'I have my Collegiate Mobile SIM'.

  6. Enter your SIM’s ICCID number, found on the lower-left corner of your SIM card.

  7. Click 'Submit' to complete your activation.

  8. Eject your phone’s SIM tray, insert your Collegiate Mobile SIM with the gold contacts facing down, then reinsert the tray. Restart your phone to connect to the Collegiate Mobile network, and your service should be up and running shortly!
