While we'll be sad to see you go, if you've made a payment and are within 7 days of activation, we will refund your money. Contact our Customer Service through the chat bubble at the bottom right of this page, or dial 611 from your device.

For accounts older than 7 days, there are no refunds. You may cancel your account and your service will terminate at the end of your first bill cycle.

IMPORTANT: If you plan to take your phone number with you, submit a port out request (do not use the cancel line feature in your account).


Once your port-out request is successfully completed, your subscription will be automatically canceled. See below for more details.


How to Port out your number:

Here’s how you can find your account number and port-out PIN to transfer your number:

  1. Log in to your portal.

  2. Click “View Details” > “Manage.”

  3. Under “Your Number,” select “Transfer your number out.”
