In the portal, tenants can see their ledgers, balances, make payments, and share documents.

Navigation

To invite tenants to their portal, navigate to a Tenant Contact page via the top search bar or the Tenant Contact index (People > Tenants):

Or from the Occupancy page.

If they already have a portal account, the button will be unavailable.

This is what the invite dialog look like. You can add your own message:

The email to the tenant will come from noreply@comanage.com and look similar to this:
