Why was my BNPL order declined?

Common reasons why a BNPL order may be declined and what steps you can take next.

There are several reasons why an order may be declined, including but not limited to:

  • Overdue amounts - There are outstanding payments on your account that have not been settled.

  • Expired trade license - Your trade license is no longer valid.

  • Currency mismatch - The invoice currency is not supported. Accepted currencies are AED and USD.

  • Invalid invoice - The invoice uploaded is not a receivable invoice.

  • TRN mismatch - The Tax Registration Number (TRN) on the invoice does not match the registered details on your account.
