You can track and manage your BNPL orders directly from the Orders section in the left-hand menu of your dashboard. Here you can view the status of each order, edit orders that have not been completed yet, and resend the payment link to your buyer.
BNPL orders can have the following statuses:
Status | Description |
Created | The order has just been created |
Sent | The order has been sent to the buyer's email |
Incomplete | The buyer has not yet submitted required information such as KYB documents, bank details, or DDA |
Processing | The order has been submitted by the buyer and is awaiting the bank's DDA approval |
Approved | The order has been fully approved and is ready for payout |
Funded | The order has been funded |
Rejected | The order has been rejected |
Completed | The order has been successfully paid in full |
