If Comfi is unable to collect the payment on the scheduled date:
You will be restricted from placing new orders until all outstanding amounts are settled.
The collections team will initiate their procedures, which may escalate to legal action if the payment remains unresolved.
Missed or bounced payments will negatively impact your credit score with the Etihad Credit Bureau.
