Managing users and their permissions is a crucial part of maintaining your account's security and functionality. Whether you need to add new users, adjust their access, or remove them, these simple steps will guide you through the process. Follow the instructions below to effectively manage users within your account.
Navigate to the User Management page by clicking on "Tools & Settings" in the bottom of your Navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
Select "Users" to update user permissions or send invites.
Add users by clicking the blue "invite" button.
Edit/delete users by clicking the "edit user" button.
Admin users are able to add users and edit user permissions on the account.
Note only admins can update users, if you are unable to do so please reach out to your admin. If you do not know who your admin is, reach out to support@commerceiq.ai.
