Viewing and responding to open automation tickets in the Automations & Impact dashboard

The Automations & Impact Dashboard in CommerceIQ provides visibility into all active automation tickets, helping you track issues and take necessary actions efficiently.

How to view all automation tickets

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard – Go to the Automations & Impact section in CommerceIQ.

  2. Select the Automation Type - Click on the tiles to select the specific automation (unavailable SKUs, 3P variants, variation authority, content authority, po discrepancy, or duplicate listing).

  3. Review Ticket Details – Click on a specific ticket to see issue details, history, and resolution status.

How to view tickets needing your attention

Navigate to CommerceIQ -> Automations & Impact

  1. Select your date range

  2. Select your automation type by clicking on the tiles

  3. Click the "view details" button beneath the pie chart next to "Needs your attention"

  4. Review the ticket details

  5. Click on the case ID to navigate directly to the contact us case in Amazon Vendor Central

Note: if you are not on the ticket CC list, you will not be able to view the ticket. If you would like to be added to the ticket cc list for all automations, contact our support team.

  • Impact Tracking – The dashboard provides insights into how automation is helping recover revenue, improve availability, and enhance performance

  • Automation Performance Metrics – View trends and resolution success rates to measure automation effectiveness
