2. Omnichannel Data Export – Getting Started

Updated over 3 months ago

🗺️ Where Do I Find It?

You’ll see Omnichannel Data Export under the new "Omnichannel" option in the Region & Retailer dropdown at the top left.

You will be able to switch between Omnichannel and other Retailer views through this new addition.

📤 How to Export Data

Let’s walk through your first export!

  1. Choose your mode:

    • Omnichannel: Unified data across retailers.

    • Retailer-Specific: Pick a specific retailer like Amazon, Walmart, or Criteo.

    • Currently, the Retailer specific section supports Amazon, Walmart and Criteo based retailers only. More retailers will be added very soon.

  2. Select your Data Source:

    • Currently supported: Campaigns and Catalog SKUs.

    • Coming soon: Keywords and Ad Targets.

  3. Pick your Metrics and Dimensions:

    • These are based on the selected data source and follow our Common Taxonomy for consistency.

  4. Add Filters:

    • Narrow down your data with multiple filter options.

  5. Choose the Timeframe:

    • Select the date range, decide whether you want PvP comparison, and define the time partitioning.

  6. Finalize your Export:

    • Finally, you can export the data as an Excel or a CSV document shown (1).

    • Or, you can even save the configuration for the export as a template to use later shown (2).

    • Before doing any of this, do not forget to name the report for easy identification shown (3).

Great! You've now understood how to export data and create a template too!

Let's see what else you can do with templates in the next section.
