Monitor status of co-op deduction dispute claims filed by CommerceIQ on your behalf

Updated over 3 months ago

Overview

CommerceIQ connects Amazon’s vendor central data for Co-Op deductions, purchase orders, and invoices at an individual purchase order and ASIN level to create a single source of truth. For the same PO and ASIN, the CIQ data layer is able to connect:

  • Purchase orders

  • Co-Op data

  • Invoice data

  • ASINs and Vendor Codes

If a discrepancy (price or quantity) is found between what was originally ordered by Amazon in the purchase order and the quantity on which a Co-op deduction was taken - as part of the two-phase dispute process - CIQ uses the data available on AVC (updated by Amazon) to file a dispute against any and all such invalid deductions.

During the phase 2 cycle, if Amazon rejects a filed dispute in phase 1, CIQ's bots re-dispute all such rejected cases by filing a Contact Us case with necessary proof.

Monitor disputes

To monitor the status of these disputes, navigate to CommerceIQ -> Supply Chain -> COOP Deductions. From here you can view the status and pay back of your phase 1 and phase 2 disputes in the journey map.
