Profit Recovery Automation (PRA) helps brands recover lost revenue from invalid deductions and discrepancies in their Amazon transactions. The product is designed to reduce manual effort while improving dispute resolution outcomes.
Key Objectives
PRA is built to support three core goals:
Save time by automating repetitive, manual tasks
Increase profit and improve cash flow by recovering valid claims and speeding up the dispute process
Reduce operational burden on internal teams
Supported Dispute Types
PRA currently supports the following types of Amazon disputes:
Shortage claims
Pricing claims
Coop deductions
These dispute categories represent common areas of profit leakage for vendors selling on Amazon. PRA targets these areas with a structured, repeatable dispute process.
Dispute Resolution Process
PRA follows a three-phase approach for managing disputes. Each phase is designed to maximize the likelihood of recovery while minimizing manual intervention.
Phase 1: Amazon Dispute Portal
We begin by submitting claims through Amazon’s self-service Dispute Portal. This is the first and most direct route for resolution, often leading to faster outcomes for valid claims.
Phase 2: Contact Us Case
If a dispute is rejected in Phase 1, PRA automatically escalates the case by submitting a second-level dispute via Amazon’s Contact Us system. This allows us to provide additional documentation and context, increasing the chance of approval.
Phase 3: Open Statement Submission
Every six months, we recommend filing an Open Statement with Amazon. This document lists all unresolved or unrecovered claims. It serves as a comprehensive request for outstanding payments that may not have been resolved through the standard channels.
Summary
Profit Recovery Automation enables brands to recover missed revenue and improve cash flow while freeing up internal resources. By combining automation with a multi-step escalation strategy, PRA ensures that no valid claim goes unchallenged.
