Product Basics Report
The Product Basics Report allows you to review key PDP elements—product titles and main images—against your gold standard content.
If you're using a PIM, CommerceIQ automatically compares live content to your PIM source
If you don’t have a PIM, you can upload content directly into ProCat to act as your source of truth
For each product:
You can compare the live title against the gold standard title to check for alignment
Our AI model evaluates the main image for visual similarity and assigns an image score
You’ll also have the option to manually review the two images side by side
To focus only on items that need review, click the stoplight icon above each measure to filter by status.
If you'd like to work in Excel, you can export the Product Basics and Compliance Report through the Data Export tool.
Gold Standard Features Report
The Gold Standard Features Report compares the bullet points on your live PDPs with the gold standard features from your PIM or ProCat.
The left side of the report shows your internal source of truth
The right side shows what is currently live on the retailer's site
You can view scores by brand and retailer, then drill down to individual products. You can also search by name or GTIN, or filter by score to focus your analysis.
If there are mismatches, you can work directly with your retailer to update and correct the content.
