Use the Real Time Sales dashboard to manage live performance

Overview

The Real Time Sales report gives you visibility into ordered sales and units on an hourly basis during high-velocity events like Prime Day. It helps your team monitor performance as it happens, identify trends by daypart, and make timely adjustments to media, pricing, or supply strategies. Use this report to stay agile during peak windows and ensure your campaigns and inventory are delivering as expected.

Within this report, it is important to note two things:

  1. Data lag: 2–4 hours

  2. Hourly data streamed by Amazon is subject to intraday revisions based on how Amazon treats add to cart and removals. The numbers should be used only for directional trend purposes during the day. Please wait for end-of-day consolidated numbers as the definitive source of truth for Point of Sale data.

How to review the Real Time Sales report

Navigate to CommerceIQ -> Reports -> Classic -> Standard -> Real Time Sales

1. Set your time range and filters

2. Review aggregated sales volume

3. Monitor sales at the ASIN level

4. Export data to excel
