Overview
The Prime Day recap report provides a comprehensive summary of your performance across sales, media, and share of voice. It helps your team quantify the impact of Prime Day, identify which strategies drove results, and capture insights for future events. Use this report to align internal stakeholders, share outcomes with leadership, and inform next steps across retail media, content, and supply chain teams.
What the recap includes
Comparison of key metrics
Compare Prime Day performance against your baseline to understand the overall impact of the event. Look at key sales and media KPIs such as ordered revenue, ad-attributed sales, ROAS, TACoS, and total units sold. Use the same date range from the prior year, the prior 4-week average, or a custom benchmark to measure lift.
Campaign performance and budget efficiency
Evaluate how each campaign contributed to overall performance. Look for signs of budget under- or over-delivery, and assess which tactics drove the highest ROAS or conversion rates. Break down performance by placement, keyword type, or funnel stage to understand what worked and where to optimize going forward.
Share of Search
Analyze how your visibility on high-priority keywords changed before, during, and after Prime Day. Increases in share of search indicate stronger presence in organic and paid placements, which can lead to longer-term gains beyond the event. Focus on category-defining or branded keywords tied to your strategic objectives.
