CIQ's Self-service Reporting(SSR) & Analytics platform makes it easy for users to search, rename, save, and delete reports. CIQ also provides pre-built weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars to help you quickly create reports for your business reviews.

Search Reports

Reports can be searched from the landing page using the Search bar.

Naming Reports

All reports can be renamed using the gear icon as shown. A user can also save or delete the report using Save or Delete Report.

A user can also click into the report, and customize it. Once a report has been customized, it can be saved using the Save report button shown. Save as new report enables users to save the changes made as a new report. The Reset icon enables users to discard any changes made to the report.

Calendar

Weekly Calendar

Week Count — The week consisting 1st Jan is defined as Week 1 of an year wherein a week is from Sunday - Saturday

WBR Calendar — The calendar defines the last business week as reference for the weekly report to be generated.

Date Range — The date range defines the business defined time range for the report to be generated. The range can be customized apart from the predefined weekly/monthly/quarterly ranges provided.

Compare to — The comparison range can be for a previous period or the same period last year. It can be customized as per business requirements. The range enables users to identify patterns historically for weeks/months/quarter.
