How do changes on the calendar affect the MTF chart?

Changes to the calendar do not affect multi time frame chart. It always shows aggregations and trailing periods relative to the current date. To go back in time, the user will need to select the appropriate time frame from the calendar.

How can I see long term trends at the start of the year in MTF when MTD, QTD, YTD are the same?

Use edit and replace MTD, QTD, YTD with trailing periods such as 4 weeks, 13 weeks and 52 weeks.

Can users drill down to a specific group by segment in a MTF chart?

No. But there is a work-around. Applying the filter on the top of the report applies the filter for the segment on a multi-time frame.

How does the multi time frame chart differ from the performance trend chart?

While MTF aggregates the value of selected time frames focuses on overall shifts in aggregated performance.

How does the user update internal categorization?

Internal categorization can be updated by navigating to the bottom of the left-hand bar and clicking Tools and Settings and then selecting Manage Standard Internal Catalog. In this area products can be searched by SKU and value can be assigned by clicking on the corresponding box and clicking Save Standard Catalog.

The new catalog columns can be added by selecting Edit Standard Internal Catalog.

How does an user edit JSP goals?

  • One can reach out to the CSM team for setting up the JSP details.

  • Subsequently raise a service request on Freshdesk.

Can I see JSP metrics in other charts besides MTF?

No, current JSP metrics can only be found in the MTF widget

How does MTF factor in seasonality/ trend while breaking down the JSP goals to shorter time frames?

No, the breakdown is linear, and it does not factor in seasonality, trends or any other cyclical effects. As a workaround, users can add that manually by providing more granular level JSP goals in the JSP template i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly as opposed to yearly.

How does the filter effect JSP goals in MTF?

JSP goals are not visible when a user applies a filter at report level since the system cannot determine JSP goals below company level.

What’s a PvP and how do I change it?

PvP stands for present-vs-previous. It represents the percentage shift of a metric in a given time period when compared to an equivalent time period in the past. The PvPs can be modified with calendar by selecting different compare to time periods.

Why is the PvP not showing up on the reporting chart even though I have the required values?

Users have the ability to enable/disable the feature of showing PvPs. In the report you are using, PvP might not have been enabled. Once you enable this, you will be able to see the PvPs.

Why is the recent AMC data missing on CIQ?

AMC dashboard is currently updated once a week. So every Thursday; the data corresponding to the previous week is updated. Hence the data for last week will be available post Thursday.

In the AMC, I cannot select Q4 (October 1 - Dec 31), it only lets me select Oct 2 or goes back to September.

Since the cadence of AMC is weekly, the system lets you select only weekly subsets of data.

How can I see more than 13 metrics or 18 group by segments?

There is no way to go beyond these constraints. Please use the clone feature in order to make another reporting section to see more metrics or dimensions.

Why am I not able to roll up time by weeks and months sometimes in my WBR or MBR?

That’s because the calendar date range is smaller than the period you are trying to select (week or month). Increase the calendar date range to greater than week or month to enable roll ups greater than a day.
