Creating and Saving Views

Users can save the combination of their favourite metrics and drill-downs as views and access them in one click.

Saving to the Existing View

Update View option appears when there is a change made to an existing selected view. It is used to save the current selection to the view. This helps in keeping the views updated without saving multiple views.

Save as New View

Any view can be saved as a completely new view by using the Save as new view option. Selecting this will save the current selection as a new view. This option helps by providing an option to save different views for different occasions.

Example: One view can be for Weekly Business Review, another view for a Monthly Business Review.

Accessing a Saved View

All saved views can be accessed by clicking the view name or the down arrow button next to the view name.

Reset the View to Default

Any unsaved view can be reset to its default state by using the Reset button. This helps to undo any changes which might not have been intentional.

Export as PDF

Users can export an entire dashboard along with the selection as a PDF report. The metrics selected on every chart along with their values will be downloaded which can be shared for offline collaboration.
