How to use your sales pipeline to keep your leads organised

To access your sales pipeline and view the progress of your leads simply click on the 'Pipeline' tab in your dashboard.

New leads that have been assigned to you by the companies you work with will also appear here. And leads that you create will appear in the pipeline of the company that you're working with (you must assign to the correct opportunity).

You can quickly update the position in the pipeline easily using drag and drop.

Important Note:

Leads that have been created by you: These leads will only display limited information to the company you're working with. This is to protect the sales agent who has sourced it and keeps information like the name of your contact and their contact details private only to you.

You should keep your sales pipeline up-to-date and make sure you're assigning the leads you create to the correct sales opportunities you're working with. That shows the company that you're active and also allows you to claim a lead should any crossover happen with another sales agent.
