How to create leads and assign them to sales opportunities you're working on

Adding and assigning leads to the sales opportunities you're working on is a breeze.

Track activity pertaining to your leads in the 'Leads' screen or visually see what stage your leads are at in the 'Sales Pipeline' screen.

Add a new lead using the 'Quick Add' button at the top of your screen.

On your lead screen you'll be able to see:

  • The status of each of your leads

  • The name of the lead

  • Which of your sales opportunities it's assigned to

  • The stage in the sales pipeline it's currently at

  • The status 'open' or 'closed'

  • Estimated date to close (if applicable)

  • A confidence % (if applicable)

  • The value of the lead in the currency the customer will pay in

  • Activity frequency expected if it's been created by a company you're working with and has been assigned to you

Click on the name of the lead to open and add or edit details for that lead. You're now inside of that lead and here you can:

  • Edit the anticipated value of the lead

  • Assign a confidence %

  • Add an estimated close date

  • Add or assign new contacts or organisations to the lead

  • Assign it to the sales opportunity it corresponds to

  • Add notes for the sales agent (Appears in the activity section)

  • Assign tasks to the lead

Your leads can also be viewed in your 'Sales Pipeline' tab.

Please note: Leads that you create and assign to a sales opportunity you're working on will also appear in the company's sales pipeline. This is so they can see the overall company sales pipeline and know which leads are being worked on and by whom. The company will only be able to see high level information like the lead's name but will NOT be able to view details like the name of your contact or their details.
