1. Commitment to Commission-Only Basis

  • Pure Commission Model: Please agree to work solely on a commission-only basis. Connect with companies only to build relationships that support this model, ensuring trust and integrity across our platform.

2. Integrity

  • Honesty and Transparency: Always be upfront and honest in all your dealings with clients, prospects, and company principals.

  • Ethical Practices: Conduct your sales activities ethically, avoiding any form of deception or misrepresentation.

3. Professionalism

  • Professional Behavior: Maintain professionalism in all interactions, including communication, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Respect for Others: Treat all clients, prospects, colleagues, and company principals with respect and courtesy.

4. Timely Responses

  • Prompt Communication: Respond to all communications, including emails, messages, and calls, within 24 - 48 hours.

  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries to maintain strong relationships and demonstrate reliability.

5. Utilizing Platform Functionality

  • CRM Utilization: Use the CommissionCrowd CRM system to track and manage all leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. If you use an external CRM, connect it with our Zapier integration to keep all leads and opportunities updated.

  • Platform Tools: Fully utilize the tools and resources available on the CommissionCrowd platform to optimize your sales activities.

  • Consistent Presence: Log into the platform at least once every two weeks to stay updated with new opportunities and communications.

  • Set Up Your Bank Details to Get Paid Quickly and Securely: Ensure your commissions are paid promptly by setting up your bank information within CommissionCrowd. This is done via our payment provider, Stripe, one of the leading and most secure payment solutions.

    • Secure Payment Processing: Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

    • Privacy Protection: Our integration with Stripe means that CommissionCrowd and the companies you work with do not hold or have access to any of your bank details.

    • Verified Profile: Setting up your bank information also helps verify your profile, adding an extra layer of trust and credibility.

6. Raising Invoices Through CommissionCrowd

  • Invoice Submission: Raise all invoices through the CommissionCrowd platform to ensure proper tracking and payment of commissions.

  • Accurate Reporting: Ensure that all invoices accurately reflect the sales transactions and commissions due.

7. Profile Maintenance

  • Profile Updates: Keep your CommissionCrowd profile up to date with your latest sales achievements, skills, and contact information.

  • Professional Appearance: Ensure your profile is professionally presented, with a clear and concise description of your experience and expertise.

  • Data Protection: Protect the confidentiality of client, prospect, and company information. Do not share sensitive data without proper authorization.

  • Secure Handling: Use secure methods to handle and store any confidential information accessed through the CommissionCrowd platform.
