There are a few situations in which a Negotiation Hub report is not available to be generated.

  1. Uploaded PDFs

    Currently, Negotiation hub reports can only be generated from Word documents (DOCX). An uploaded PDF will be stored in the File History, but can't have it's contents checked against previous versions or the Common Paper standard terms.

  2. DOCX files that are uploaded immediately after a PDF

    For the same reason, a DOCX file that is uploaded as a subsequent version following a PDF will not be able to generate a report. Currently, Negotiation Hub can't compare a PDF to a DOCX file.

  3. Any file that has been uploaded as a new agreement, whether signed or to collect signatures

    This is currently a technical limitation of the Negotiation hub software.
