I am having issues with registration, what do I do?

We apologize for any difficulties you are having with registration! Below are some of the most common issues that may be preventing you from successfully registering:

  • There are several required fields. Please make sure that you've provided your first name, last name, email, confirmed your email address, gender, race, ethnicity, set a goal(s) (Eat Healthier, Be More Active, Drink More Water), birthdate, selected a community, & provided a zip code.

  • There's a chance that your internet browser is outdated. We no longer support Microsoft Explorer, so please make sure to use the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Firefox!

  • It's possible you have some form of pop-up blocker or security software preventing the registration from processing. If you are trying to register on your mobile device, try your desktop computer! If you are on your desktop computer, try registering on your mobile device.
