Have you reported an activity but don't see the points reflected in your user journey chart? If so, we recommend taking a quick look at the "My Reported Activity" section of the app, where you will see a log of all the health actions you've reported, along with the points earned for each.
If the activity you've reported is there and has points associated with it, then points have been awarded to you, your community, district, school, and/or employer. If the activity is there but shows 0 points, then you have likely reached your 15 submissions/day limit.

As for why the user journey chart doesn't always immediately update, this is because the app is making many calculations every time someone submits something, and during times of high engagement this gets complicated and very resource intensive. A symptom of this is that sometimes the user journey metrics do not update immediately, but so long as you're seeing your activities reported in the "My Reported Activity" section, then there's nothing to worry about!
One-Time Bonus Points:
Participants can earn one-time bonus points for specific actions, such as attending webinars, registering early, and completing pre- and post-surveys. These bonus points will be manually inputted into the system throughout the Community Challenge, so it may take some time for them to appear in your account. Please be patient as we process these points. Rest assured, they will be awarded to you and reflected in your activity log. Thank you for your understanding!
Note: Bonus points earned for Badges are not reflected in a participants' User Journey points chart. Participants can, however, see bonus points they've earned by viewing their specific community in the leaderboard.
